Janelle Renee Jenkins has spent a career walking into rooms that were not built with her in mind and changing them. As a three-time Chief Operating Officer across financial services, public education, nonprofit management, and automotive manufacturing, she has led budgets from $18 million to $20 billion, built organizations from scratch, and rebuilt them from the inside out.

She is a published author, keynote speaker, executive coach, and a Diamond Life Member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. A Detroit native, her work is grounded in a single conviction: that the women most qualified to lead are often the ones waiting the longest for permission they will never need.
